The opening of the new Mozambola season will take start in January 16th in the tourist village of Vilankulo, the province of Inhambane, as confirmed by, the Mozambican Football League.
The league has marked the game between ENH FC of Vilankulo and Ferroviário de Nacala as the start of the 2020/21 season, scheduled for January 16, with the remaining matches taking place on Sunday, the 17th of this month.
The LMF has not yet announced the manner in which the usual opening festival of the National Football Championship will take place, taking into account the limitations derived from the Covid-19 pandemic, which essentially dictate the holding of games behind closed doors, in order to avoid crowds of people.
Thus, the Alto Makhassa field will once again welcome the kick-off of Mozambola six years after the last time this happened at that point in the province of Inhambane and this event is being awaited with anticipation by football fans in that tourist region.
