Bloemfontein Celtic captain Ndumiso Mabena has extended his stay with the club by signing a new contract until 2024, the club announced on Tuesday.
The 33-year-old striker is one of the longest-serving players in the current squad‚ and still going strong.
“Bloemfontein Celtic is delighted to announce that Ndumiso Mabena has extended his stay at the club until June 2024. The journey continues,” reads the club statement.
Since joining ‘Siwelele’ back in 2017, Mabena has made over 100 appearances for the club with 25 goals and 15 assists to his name.
He has also played for Orlando Pirates and the now-defunct Platinum Stars.
