The matter between Mikhado FC and The Dolphins has been postponed to the 15th of June 2021.
The arbitrator has now postponed the matter for the second time as the complaint lodged by Mikhado was set to go straight to arbitration on 9 June 2021, but it was then moved to Friday the 11th of June where it was further adjourned to the 15th of June.
This comes after the arbitration dismissed Mikhado’s first complaint which led to the club lodging another complaint on the 2nd of June in terms of article 109 of the Safa regulation disciplinary code.
An appeal was lodged on the 1st of June, after the complaint was dismissed based on technicalities.
Earlier this month, it was reported by FARPost that the main issue is that Mikhado lodged a complaint against The Dolphins, claiming that the promotion chasers have improperly registered one of their players and also of the team sheets related issues.
As things stand, drama continues in the Limpopo ABC Motsepe League.
