Mogaila outlines ambitions to reach greater heights

Mokete Mogaila has grown in leaps and bounds in his Premiership career since joining the now-defunct Highlands Park in 2018 from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), who compete in the SAB League and the Varsity Cup.

The 25-year-old speedy winger is a man on a mission to improve his game in South Africa’s top-flight. He has already featured in nine matches for TS Galaxy in the DSTV Premiership this season with two goals to his name.

“The most important thing as an individual, is to get those minutes. My goal is to improve. I’m now at a different level,” said Mogaila, who hails from Ga-Mashashane outside Polokwane in Limpopo.

“I need to reach even more greater heights. I want to score as many goals as possible. That’s the ultimate goal. I want to get more game time. That means I have to stay more determined and dedicated to my job in the field of play. That will help me accomplish my goals.”

‘The Rockets’ lost 3-0 to SuperSport United on Saturday at Mbombela Stadium.

Galaxy have had a poor start in their debut season in the Premiership and will have to pull up their socks.
