A few South African players were involved in Monday night action overseas as we wrap up their performances.

LUTHER SINGH

The SA winger Luther Singh was introduced after 81 minutes for Portuguese Primeira Liga side Moreirense as they claimed a 1-0 victory against Aves in the league.

The win takes Moreirense to 8th spot on the log with 38 points after 29 games played.

LUKE LE ROUX & KEANIN AYER

SA youth international midfielder Luke Le Roux started and finished yet another game for Swedish topflight new boys Varbergs Bois who continued their good start to the season with a 3-1 dispatching of Falkenberg in the Allsvenskan to prove that they are no push overs in the division.

His countryman Ayer came on in additional time while Tashreeq Matthews could only watch from the bench.

NIKOLA TAVARES

In a third Premier League game in a row the defender only made it to the bench for Crystal Palace as they narrowly lost 1-0 at home against Burnley in the league.
