David Moyes has extended his stay at West Ham after penning a three-year new contract as the club’s manager.

The Scottish professional football mentor had a successful season with the Hammers, having finished in sixth position in the English Premier League.

To put a cherry on top, the side also secured the Europa League qualification.

Following Carlo Ancelotti’s departure from Everton to Real Madrid, Moyes was linked with a return to his former club but all of that seemed to be widespread rumours.

Moyes on signing his new long-term contract with the London-based outfit, he said that: “I am delighted to have committed my future to West Ham United. This is where I want to be and I’m happy. I’m excited to be given this opportunity to build on what we all have already achieved here.”
