Uganda interim coach Abudallah Mubiru has announced his 34-man squad for an international friendly game against Bafana Bafana.
The encounter is set to take place on the 10th of June 2021 in South Africa.
Mubiru reckons that the friendly match will be a good test for the Cranes with some players being invited for the first time.
Both sides will use the friendly to prepare for the upcoming Qatar 2022 Fifa World Cup Qualifiers which will commence later in September.
Following the retirement of captain Denis Onyango after Uganda failed to qualify for the Total Africa Cup of Nations, Cameroon 2021, Mubiru has now named Emmanuel Okwi as the new skipper of the side.
