Newly signed Mamelodi Sundowns player Khuliso Mudau has sent his gratitude to the Black Leopards management, technical team and the supporters, as he begins life away from the club.
Mudau was unveiled by the Brazilians on Friday, on a five-year contract.
“I am thankful to Black Leopards for what they have down for me,” said an emotional Mudau after he bid farewell to his former teammates.
“Leopards really helped me to be where I am. I am grateful also to the coaches as well, coach Moggy (Morgan Shivambu), the Chairman (David Thidiela) and everyone who has supported me from the beginning.
“I wish the team well for the upcoming season and I hope they will do well. I had a good time at Leopards and I enjoyed being here so yeah everything is okay,” said the media-shy Mudau.
The 25-year-old joined Leopards from Magesi as a midfielder three seasons ago.
But his ability to play in different positions saw him commanding a regular position in the right-back position which caught the eye of the Sundowns scouts.
