Ngele out for 10 days

Black Leopards head coach Cavin Johnson says the Vhembe-based side expects star player Mokgakolodi Ngele to be back from his injury end of next week.

Ngele who netted his first goal in the 2019/20 Season in the 1-1 draw against Absa Premiership log leaders Kaizer Chiefs at the weekend, had to leave the match prematurely when he pulled his hamstring.

Ngele scored against Chiefs, but had to go off because of a hamstring injury.

It was first thought the former Platinum Stars, Mamelodi Sundowns and Bidvest Wits midfielder would be out for a lengthy period.

“Ja it’s about ten days,” confirmed Johnson.

“Ten days no it’s not bad. It’s a hamstring injury. We hope so he will be back (by next weekend).”

Lidoda Duvha are not having a good season as they are currently 14th on the log table with 17 points, the same number as the bottom of the log AmaZulu, and this will surely come as good news to all associated with the club.
