Baroka coach Wedson Nyirenda is faced with a difficult situation of choosing between club and country.
Sowetan newspaper reports that the former Kaizer Chiefs striker has been approached to take over the Zambian national team. He previously served Chipolopolo in the same role.
“I don’t know what is going to happen. I cannot comment much on that,” he told the paper.
“It’s a very difficult situation. Zambia is my home and I have a contract to fulfil with Baroka.”
Green Eagles coach Aggrey Chiyangi has been in charge in a caretaker capacity since Belgian Sven Vandenbroeck was sacked by Zambia earlier this year.
