Exactly a year ago, Orlando Pirates announced that the German Josef Zinnbauer had taken over as head coach of the team.

The 50-year-old took over from then interim coach Rulani Mokwena and as of today, he has been in charge of 27 matches.

During this spell, the Buccaneers have won 15, drew nine (9) and lost three.

There’s no silverware just yet, but Zinnbauer will have an opportunity to get his hands on a trophy if they beat Bloemfontein Celtic in the MTN8 final on Saturday, at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
