Former Black Leopards midfielder Thuso Phala has officially bid farewell to the Lidoda Duvha supporters.
Phala’s departure was confirmed by both his representatives and the club over the weekend after spending just 9 months at the club.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the Black Leopards fans for the support they have shown me while I was with the club” he said in a video posted on social media.
“How they received me when I arrived at Black Leopards, I really enjoyed playing in front of them and how they support the team so I wish them all the best for the remainder of the season” he said.
“Moving forward they must keep supporting the club, they must show the same passion like they have been showing at the club. From me I would like to say thank you very much and I wish you all the best in the future” concluded Phala.
Phala has not commented on his next move but his representatives have confirmed that he is not retiring from football as initially reported.
