The Board of Governors extra-ordinary meeting of the National Soccer League which was scheduled to take place at midday on Friday has now been moved to Monday.
The member clubs were expected to discuss amongst other things, the resumption of the 2019/20 season.
The virtual meeting has now been moved to Monday, 27 July at the same time.
“Kindly note that the meeting of the Board of Governors has been postponed from Friday, 24 July to take place on Monday, 27 July 2020 at 12h00,” read a communiqué to all 32 member clubs.
The BOG is expected to map a way forward to football lovers on whether the PSL intend to resume with its programme or cancel the season as widely reported.
SAFA on the other hand have given the League, the first week of August as the most appropriate period to restart, which will be six days to go on the day of the PSL meeting.
