Kurt Abrahams defeats Darren Keet while Kamohelo Mokojo features as Brentford draw at Huddersfield with Thabo Cele and Lebogang Phiri playing the full 90 minutes for their respective sides and Edson Khumalo finding the back of the net.

Kamohelo Mokotjo

The 28-year-old South African midfielder started and played 75 minutes for Brentford as they played to a goalless draw against Huddersfield Town away from home. This result means that Brentford drops down one spot to 4th in the championship with 47 points, a point behind third placed Fulham.

Khanya Leshabela

The U23 international played another 90 minutes for Leicester City U23s as they were thrashed 3-0 against the young Gunners(Arsenal) in the Premier League 2 .

Max McMillan

In a week of a lot of positives after his promotion to the U23s, McMillan played and scored a goal for Leeds United’s U18s as they let go of the lead three times at Sheffield United to eventually lose 4-3 away from home in the league , a result the young whites will not be happy about .

It was a battle of two South Africans in Belgium as Abrahams’s Westerlo faced Keet’s OH Leuven with both South Africans starting and completing 90 minutes. It was Westerlo who ran out winners though with a convincing 3-1 victory away from home.

Lyle Foster

The Belgian Pro league got back into action over the weekend and it wasn’t the desired start for Lyle Foster as Cercle Brugge lost 2-1 at home against Royal Antwerp with the South African international playing the last 27 minutes of the game against 10 men Antwerp who held on until the last minute .

Thabo Cele 

Thabo Cele seems to have fought his way back into the starting XI in Cova Di Piedade with the 22-year-old playing 90 minutes as Piedade got a big 3-1 win over Nacional in the Portuguese second division on Sunday evening.

Sphephelo Sithole

Sithole got a rare start on the bench for Belenenses U23s with the KZN academy coming on for the last 10 minutes to close the door as Belenenses defeated Famalicao 2-1 in the Liga Revelecao

Edson Khumalo 

Khumalo played 90 minutes and scored his 5th goal of the season for Sanjoanense as they drew 1-1 against against Coimbroes in the Portuguese Campeonato.

Kobamelo Kodisang

Kodisang featured for the last 11 minutes for SC Braga B as they drew 1-1 against GD Chaves B in the Portuguese Campeonato.

Lebogang Phiri

Phiri played yet another 90 minutes for EA Guingamp as they left it late to equalise against Racing Club Lens to take a point at home in a 1-1 draw.
