LUTHER SINGH

Bafana Bafana winger Luther Singh got another start and assisted the second goal for Pacos de Ferreira as they claimed a 2-1 win over Santa Clara in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.

THIBANG PHETE

Staying in Portugal Bafana Bafana’s new recruit Thibang ‘Cafu’ Phete lasted 90 minutes for Belenenses as they played out to a 0-0 draw against Moreirense in the league.

SPHEPHELO SITHOLE

After a month on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury former Amajita midfielder Sphephelo ‘Yaya’ Sithole returned to action for Belenenses U-23 as they lost 3-1 against Maritimo.

GENINO PALACE

Academica’s new signing Genino Palace got his first start of the season playing the whole game, but couldn’t help Academica avoid a 2-1 loss against Leixoes.

NKANYISO SHINGA

After signing for Pinhalnovense last week the left-back came off the bench and made his debut coming in as a substitute in the 59th minute in a 1-1 draw against Amora FC in the Campeonato de Portugal.

KOBAMELO KODISANG

The winger lasted 73 minutes and netted the opening goal for SC Braga B as they claimed a 5-1 win over Maria in the Portuguese third division. This was Kodisang’s second goal of the season in the Portuguese lower tier.

GIFT LINKS

Some great news for South Africa as the winger returned to action for AGF Aarhus in their resounding 3-0 victory against Horsens. Links came off the bench in the game to make his first appearance since his unfortunate injury against FC Honk weeks ago.

LIAM JORDAN

The U-23 attacker was on target yet again for HB Koge as they lost 3-1 against Hobro in the Danish Superliga.

PERCY TAU

After returning from international duty the attacker got another start for Belgian giants Anderlecht as they played out to a 2-2 draw against OH Leuven in the Jupiler Pro League.

THABO CELE

The KZN Academy graduate played the whole 90 minutes for Cova Di Piedade as they beat Academico de Viseu 2-0 in the Portuguese Segunda Liga this past weekend.

KEAGAN DOLLY

Moving over to France, Dolly came off the bench for Montpellier as they played out to a 1-1 draw against AS Monaco in Ligue 1 on Sunday evening.

RICARDO SCHUTTE

The 22-year-old striker played the entire 90 minutes for CD Mirandes as they played out to a goalless draw against Mallorca in the Spanish Segunda Liga.

KGAOGELO CHAUKE

Chauke started and got subbed three minutes from time as Southampton U-23 lost 1-0 against Blackburn Rovers in the English Premier League 2 encounter.

KHANYA LESHABELA

Leshabela was in action for Leicester City’s U-23 side as they got walloped 4-0 by Manchester City U-23 in the league.

TOM BARKHUIZEN

The winger came on in the 60th minute for Preston North End as they narrowly lost 1-0 against Cardiff City in the English Championship.

KAMOHELO MOKOTJO

The Bafana Bafana midfielder started and got subbed in the second half as his new club FC Cincinnati lost 2-1 against DC United in the MLS on Monday morning.

KEANIN AYER

Right to Dream Academy graduate Keanin Ayer started and got substituted after 81 minutes for Swedish top-flight side Varbergs Bois as they lost 3-1 in the Allsvenskan this past weekend.
