AmaZulu have released Zimbabwean midfielder Ovidy Karuru following a mutual termination of the contract.
Usuthu confirmed today that Karuru is now a free agent.
He played nine matches across all competitions for the KwaZulu Natal side this season.
It’s highly possible that Karuru’s departure is to make way for Slovakian striker Milos Lacny, who’s been on trial with the club.
AmaZulu’s other foreign players are Andre de Jong (New Zealand), Talent Chawapiwa, Butholezwe Ncube (both Zimbabwe) and Samuel Darpoh (Ghana).
