Sinenkani FC target GladAfrica Championship for next season

Eastern Cape ABC Motsepe League side Sinenkani FC are pulling all stops to get to the GladAfrica Championship.

The Bizana-based outfit narrowly missed out on the league last season and they have set their sights on winning promotion to professional football this season.

Speaking to FARPost, the club’s Public Relations Officer Lixolile Petela confidently affirmed their ambitions to go all the way, while they also have an opportunity to qualify for Nedbank Cup last 32 round.

Sinenkani await a team from Regional league, whom they will take on to determine the Eastern Cape representatives of the last 32.

“We are more than ready for the league to start. We are going to prepare our boys physically and mentally.

“We are going to the NFD, national play-offs are not our only goal. This is our last season in the ABC Motsepe League, our supporters must brace themselves for entertaining football because we really mean business this season.”
