FC Sivutsa has secured the services of Tshegofatso Mashego as the club’s new head coach with immediate effect.

This comes after the club parted ways with coach Russel Molefe, who led the side to the Mpumalanga ABC Motsepe League Nedbank Cup preliminary games triumph.

Sivutsa are now one step away to seal their Nedbank Cup last 32 spot as they await to face the SAB Regional league winners.

Mashego has had his fair share of play in the South African football top-flight and the National First Division (NFD) – having represented the likes of Tembisa Classic, Maritzburg United, Free State Stars, Dynamos FC and Roses United.

The 40-year-old mentor comes in with plenty of experience as he has helped his former club Super Eagles to qualify for the NFD after finishing second in the 2017 ABC Motsepe League National Playoffs in East London.
