Tottenham Hotspur are set to fine their star striker Harry Kane after he failed to report for training on Monday morning.
Spurs are understood to be “disappointed” after Kane told the club in May that he wanted to leave this summer, as reported by Sky Sports News.
Manchester City made a £100m bid for Kane in June. The 28-year-old forward is believed to be valued around £120m.
However, Tottenham are keen to keep the England skipper despite him stating that he has a gentleman’s agreement with Daniel Levy.
The goal poacher was due to return to Hotspur Way on Monday following a short holiday as speculation around his future gathers pace.
