The Brazilians went to the break with a 3-0 lead.

SuperSport suffered an early setback when Guily Manziba was sent off in the seventh minute for a reckless tackle on Sphelele Mkhulise.

Substitute Lebohang Maboe opened the scoring in the 31st minute before Aubrey Modiba made it 2-0 eight minutes later.

Themba Zwane scored the third goal two minutes before the break to give the Brazilians a big advantage.

Teboho Mokoena pulled a goal back with four minutes left on the clock, but it was too late as Sundowns took all three points to secure another title.
