With the PSL season going on a break Teboho Mokoena has decided to reach out to his community in Bethlehem by supporting a few families and also donating a football kit to Matswathaka Primary School to inspire young talent.
Having been scouted from Bodikela Secondary School in Bethlehem at a very young age and now a national team and PSL player, the SuperSport United midfielder has become a very inspirational person of interest not only in his hometown but to those that even get to watch him play.
“Home is where the heart is and it’s a huge privilege for me to be able to come back and inspire football talent. It’s my dream to see a lot of talent come out of my hometown, not only in football but other sporting codes as well.
“I hope that at some point when this pandemic settles down, a lot gets achieved through such initiatives,” says Mokoena.
“Furthermore, I would like to thank those that made this day possible, Puma for making sure that the kids are kitted up nicely, Botshilo Maize meal for food supplies as well close associates Fana’s and Jimmy’s Ormonde.”
Mokoena would also like to thank those who are also doing the same for their communities.
