Last year after his impressive showings at the Annual Gothia Cup in Sweden FC Nodjaeland wanted to sign teenager Keanin Ayer from their affiliate academy Right to Dream.

But the midfielder opted to sign for another affiliate club Varbergs Bois who were playing in the Swedish second division.

Now, however, FC Nodjaeland are back in the picture

After helping Varbergs Bois gain promotion to the Swedish top tier Ayer is looking to make his next move up in Europe.

Ayer has been fighting hard to ensure the top teams notice him.

The 19-year-old is currently going through trials with Danish top tier club FC Nodjaeland and featured as they played giants FC Copenhagen in a friendly.

Nodjaeland are one of the teams who have started the season well in Denmark and usually play in the UEFA Europa League so a move to them will certainly be a step up for the Eldorado Park-born youngster.

FARPost.co.za, as always, will be keeping a close eye on the developments because as we reported last month Ayer is also on the radar of Gotenborg in the Swedish top tier so it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
