TS Galaxy defender Dube: I can say we are ready for Tuks

TS Galaxy FC will lock horns against University of Pretoria on Sunday at the Tuks Stadium in a GladAfrica Championship clash and ‘the ‘Rockets’ defender Austin Dube says they are ready to turn things around.

“Look, we always prepared but luck was just not on our side. We had seven days to prepare for this Tuks game, which is something we never had in other games previously, I can say we are ready, “Dube told the club’s official website.

The 2019 Nedbank Cup champions, Galaxy currently occupy position 12th position on the log standings with 22 points while their opponents on Sunday AmaTuks are 6th with 30 points from 20 games.

Due to their poor run of form, Dan Malesela stepped down as Galaxy’s head coach following the defeat to Chippa United in the Nedbank Cup.

“I’ve learnt a lot from coach Dan. I’m the player that I am today because of him. He contributed a lot in me as an individual as well as the person that I am today. He also contributed a lot in the team’s success,” said the hard-hitting defender.
