DStv Premiership side Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) have appointed former SAFA head of referees Tenda Masikhwa to replace Sello Chokoe as the new CEO.
Masikhwa left his post at the SA football mother body last year after a few years in charge.
He will officially take over the helm at TTM as of Monday after being introduced to the squad on Friday before the league match against Cape Town City.
Meanwhile, the fraud case involving suspended CEO Sello Chokoe is yet to sit after being postponed twice due to Chokoe’s ill-health.
FARPost has learnt that Chokoe requested for a postponement on two occasions, citing health reasons.
The club has charged Chokoe with fraud after allegedly stealing over R2 million from the club coffers between 2019 and 2020 while he was the CEO.
It’s unclear when the hearing will take place, but it’s highly unlikely that the former Baroka coach will return to the club in the near future.
