FARPost has it on good authority that Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila have made their intentions known to current Highlands Park coach, Owen Da Gama, that they want him in charge next season.
TTM are in the process of assembling a squad ahead of life in the top flight as of next season.
The Limpopo side announced the signing of seasoned players, Oupa Manyisa and Joseph Malongoane last week.
A source confirmed to this publication that, with the future of Highlands Park also hanging in the balance, TTM will surely get their preferred coach.
“Watch the space, the club want Owen (Da Gama) and have approached him. Obviously nothing can happen at the moment because the League still has to resume but they are serious about him taking over the new project,” said the informant.
TTM Owner, Masala Mulaudzi also hinted during a Radio interview a few weeks back that the coach who will be in charge next season has some Venda roots and was once part of the Bafana set-up.
Da Gama is the only coach at the moment who meets that profile.
TTM Spokesperson Tshidino Ndou could not be reached for comment.
