Tshwane University of Technology (TUT Ladies) have given back to the community through the national women’s football league title sponsor Hollywoodbets.
TUT women’s football club had an opportunity to lend a helping hand to Faith & Hope Foundation based in Ga-Rankuwa on Wednesday, 6 October.
“We applaud the foundation on great initiatives of youth empowerment and development within the community,” said the club in a statement.
The side currently sit second in the Hollywoodbets Super League table with 34 points from 17 outings, 9 points adrift from log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies.
TUT’s next assignment will be against the University of Johannesburg on Saturday, 16 October 2021 away from home.
The Tshwane club will be hoping to do well under the new leadership of former South African U17 women’s team coach, Simphiwe Dludlu.
