Baroka supporters can now breathe a sigh of relief as news coming out of the club is that their number one goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze’s injury is not as bad as initially thought.
Chipezeze collided with Maritzburg United striker Judas Moseamedi in what looked like a serious incident during the 2-1 win over the team of Choice at Peter Mokaba Stadium.
The Zimbabwean was stretched off and replaced by Ayanda Dlamini in the 58th minute much to the dismay of the Bakgaga faithfuls.
FARPost.co.za managed to capture the 29-year-old looking fine as he left the Stadium with the rest of his teammates.
Chipezeze suffered a neck muscle sprain but is likely to be available when they take on Highlands Park on Saturday.
