Usuthu braced for Downs battle


AmaZulu will travel to the Loftus Stadium where they will take on Mamelodi Sundowns in an Absa Premiership match on Tuesday (19:30).
Usuthu have claimed just four points from five away matches so far during the current 2019/20 season.
Meanwhile, Sundowns, who are the defending league champions, have gone three league matches without a win.
Sundowns have claimed 10 points from five home matches this season, though their last game as hosts ended in a 2-0 defeat at the hands of log leaders Kaizer Chiefs.
In head-to-head stats, Sundowns and AmaZulu have met in 57 league matches since 1985. The Brazilians have claimed 36 wins compared to 8 for Usuthu, while 13 matches have been drawn. 
AmaZulu took four points off Sundowns last season, with the teams drawing 3-3 at King Zwelithini Stadium in September 2018.
While the return game at Loftus in January 2019 brought a 2-0 win for AmaZulu.
