Lars Veldwijk has signed a one-year contract extension in South Korea.
K-League club FC Suwon have announced that the 30-year-old striker has extended his contract until December 2022.
In July 2020, Veldwijk joined Suwon after leaving giants Jeonbuk.
He scored six goals to help the club gain promotion to the top-flight. This season, he has netted 14 times and assisted another five goals in 27 appearances for Suwon.
Veldwijk is the current top goal scorer in the league and Suwon comfortably sit in third spot on the table with 38 points in 27 games.
