Black Leopards Technical manager Kostadin Papic admits that there is not much time to turn things around, as the league season draws close to completion.
Lidoda Duvha suffered their 12th defeat of the season, the most by any club so far, following a 3-1 defeat by Golden Arrows at Thohoyandou Stadium on Sunday.
The Serbian sat on the bench for the first time during the match since his return for a second stint at the club last month.
“We tried, it’s not over and we will try our best to make sure that it works for us in our next matches,” said Papic.
“We don’t have time to relax, we don’t have time to recover. We must do some extra job you know with the physio and all those things. Training cannot be intensity, I cannot do anything extra now. I don’t know them (players), I have two weeks here.
“I need time but there is no time which means we must work on the field. Time for us is too short, yes we have 12 matches more. Let me not be a betting man, let me work on that to try our best to win matches but like I said it is very difficult,” he said.
Leopards will travel to Mbombela on Wednesday for a league encounter against TS Galaxy.
