What Ndoro needs to do to earn a new contract

Highlands Park director Brad Kaftel says striker Tendai Ndoro still has about 5 months to fight for his contract at the club.

The 34-year-old has so far made only 9 appearances this season, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.

“I don’t know, you know my understanding is that he is staying with us,” said Kaftel.

“You know, at this point in time I mean the day is young, and if another team comes with an offer, we’ll have to obviously look at it. I don’t think he will go I think he will be with us for the rest of the season,” added Kaftel.

Kaftel did admit that the Zimbabwean’s contract does expire at the end of the season. “Ja it does, because it’s got 5 months to go.

“We’ll have to see how he does in these five months, he’s still with us in these five months you know, we want to first look into all the things including his performance,” concluded Kaftel.
