Bidvest Wits put in a strong showing to hold Orlando Pirates to a 0-0 draw in an Absa Premiership clash at Ellis Park Stadium on Saturday night.
Pirates have now failed to score in their last four competitive matches as they remain in third place on the log standings.
The share of the spoils has left Pirates 10 points adrift of log leaders Kaizer Chiefs while Wits remain in fifth place on 40 points after 23 matches.
“We should have won this game, for sure. It’s the same story as the previous game. We need to take our chances. We have a game on Tuesday and we have to focus on that now,” said Wits coach Gavin Hunt after the game.

‘The Students’ will play against Golden Arrows in their next league game on Tuesday, 18 August at FNB Stadium.
Pirates coach Josef Zinnbauer said luck was not on their side as they created many chances but couldn’t convert them.
“We wanted to win the game and we did all that is possible but we had no luck,” he said.
The Soweto giants will now shift their focus to relegation-threatened Baroka FC, whom they host in their next Absa Premiership match at Ellis Park on Tuesday.
