Former Black Leopards and Platinum Stars (now Venda Football Academy) player Wonder Nhleko has announced his retirement from football at the age of 40.
Nhleko was playing for Eswatini giants Mbabane Swallows for the past seven seasons until calling it quits ahead of the new season.
“I can say it is official that I have hung my boots. We had a meeting with the club and they agreed that I am bringing this to an end,” said Nhleko.
In a career spanning over 21 years, Nhleko has played for clubs such as Azziz Kara, Leopards, Hanover Park and Blackburn Rovers.
