Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has earned some respect on the continent, as was evident when the Brazilians earned a credible draw against Wydad Casablanca on Saturday
Mosimane will be pleased to finally get a point at Wydad after the two sides drew 0-0. Wydad have always troubled the Tshwane side up there in the north of Africa.
Sundowns maintain their top spot in Group C and are looking on course to win the group.
At the end of the encounter, Mosimane was greeted with applause from the Wydad faithful, who clearly admire the former CAF Coach of the Year.
Mosimane was humbled by the experience and tweeted just as much from his official account.
He’s been with Sundowns since December 2012 and has won the CAF Champions League.
