The proposed International women’s friendly between Zambia and Great Britain ahead of the Olympic Games has been called off, according to BBC Sport.
The match was scheduled to take place at Stoke City’s Bet365 Stadium on Thursday, 1 July.
It is unclear what prompted the postponement of the encounter.
The Copper Queens qualified for their first Women’s Olympic following a 4-4 draw with Cameroon which saw them earn qualification on the away-goals rule.
The continent’s only qualifying team for Tokyo 2020 have been drawn in Group F and will face the Netherlands on 21 July in their first match of the Games.
