Zulu happy to learn from Hunt


Chippa United defender Veluyeke Zulu is pleased with his contribution to the team under the tutelage of experienced coach Gavin Hunt.

After collecting two man of the match awards, in the first two Dstv Premiership encounters, the former Richards Bay FC player has risen to the occasion.

He revealed that working with Hunt gets the best our of him and he is willing give his best for the team and the coach.

“As a person I want to thank the coach  I’m doing what he tells me to do. His support has been tremendous and it has also helped the team.”

“What he tells us works for the team, his instructions are working for the team and we as players have to carry them.”

“For me,working with him is great, it makes me happy because he is an experienced coach. At my age I believe if I can listen to him I can learn a lot from him and adapt to gain experience.”

“He has coached a lot of teams, winning cups with them, that makes working with him a great pleasure.”

“I’m very fortunate to meet with such an experienced coach like him I’m my career, I’m happy to be working with him.”

“My wish is for the team to achieve something, we must not find ourselves in the situation that the team found itself in, last season.”

“We are here to work hard, for the team to win cups. It shouldn’t be a matter of fighting for top four, we must fight for cups, we must win things for the team,” Zulu said.
