Kaizer Chiefs have announced that Dumisani Zuma and Kearyn Baccus have picked up injuries ahead of their DStv Premiership encounter against Black Leopards at the FNB Stadium tomorrow at 19h30.
“Dumisani Zuma picked up a hamstring injury in training, whereas Kearyn Baccus has a thigh muscle strain. Both players will undergo scanning and an update will be reported,” Chiefs stated in a statement.
The club also reported that Reeve Frosler is recovering well from his knee injury and will remove the brace this week. He is expected back in January.
Amakhosi will have to recover swiftly from the disappointment of their last DStv Premiership clash as they succumbed to a 1-0 defeat in the hands of Swallows FC.
The Glamour Boys’ poor form in the 2020/21 Premier Soccer League (PSL) has resulted in them being placed in 13th position with just five points from five outings.
However, Lidoda Duvha will be going all out to ensure that they collect the maximum points to put them in a good position. The Limpopo-based outfit currently sit 15th in the PSL log standings.
